Distinguish the molecular and cellular heterogeneity of the mouse brain with the MERSCOPE PanNeuro Cell Type Predesigned Gene Panel
The brain consists of billions of cells organized into an intricate 3-dimensional structure. Understanding the molecular and cellular composition of the brain is fundamental for deciphering both its structure and function. Designing gene panels that capture key marker genes for cell typing and investigation of cellular functional states can be difficult and time consuming. To address this need, we developed a 500 gene PanNeuro Cell Type Panel featuring a comprehensive list of genes specifically designed to identify all major cell types and established neuron subtypes in the mouse brain. Vizgen’s MERSCOPE PanNeuro Cell Type Panel enables quick, multiplexed single-cell gene expression analysis of molecular and spatial features of various cell populations in the mouse brain, significantly decreasing startup time and providing a cost-effective option for running on the MERSCOPE Platform. Curated using published datasets, Vizgen’s PanNeuro Cell Type Panel provides the ability to identify cells and probe neuronal signaling, activity, and interactions at cellular and subcellular levels.
